Virginia was born on December 8, 1920, to William Jasper and Louella (Moore) Neeley in Honey Grove, TX., and graduated from Quail High School. She attended West Texas College in Canyon and was a self-employed bookkeeper. While living in Dumas, she was active in the PTA, the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and the Presbyterian Women's Circle. She enjoyed cooking, working in her garden and spending time with her family. Virginia was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lubbock.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her first husband, Sid Heath, and second husband, Earl Albright; three brothers; three sisters; and a great-grandson, Samuel Rogers.
Virginia is survived by her four daughters, Caye Wright of Lubbock, Bonnie Rogers of Amarillo, Pat Heath, and Kim Archer and husband Robert of all of Lubbock; seven grandchildren, Glenn Davis and wife Shannon, Amy Wilson and husband Tracy, Leslie Moore and husband Jarrod, Cody Rogers and wife Elizabeth, David Perdue and wife April, Rush Archer, and Neeley Johnson and husband Coby; eleven great grandchildren; a sister, Naomi Bradley of Corpus Christi; and a step-son, Jim Heath and wife Zeta of Childress.
Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church of Lubbock, Hospice of Lubbock or the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
