He was of the Baptist Faith, a carpenter and a Vietnam Vet.
He was a widower of the late Donnita Neeley.
He is survived by three daughters; Sonya Gossett of Waldron, Gina Harmon of Jacksonville, Florida and Debra Neeley of Fort Smith, three sons; Mike Nones of Washington, Royce Neeley of Howe and Bradford Neeley of Howe, two brothers; Troy and Harold Neeley both of California, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Cremation under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Greenwood.
