She was the daughter of Selmer and Florence (Seymour) Ness. Her mother survives in Delphos. On Apr 22, 1972, she married Edward Bailey, who survives in Delphos.
Also surviving are a daughter, Rachel; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Donald; and grandparents: Sam and Louise Ness and Lillian Seymour.
She worked in the insurance business for 47 years, owning Jauman Insurance Agency. She later worked for Odenweller-Jauman Insurance. She was a 1969 graduate of Delphos Jefferson High School, and a member of St. John the Evangelist Church. She was also a lifetime member of the American Legion of Delphos Post 268.
There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
