Ann Newhouse Berinstein, 95, died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Chicago, Mrs. Berinstein had been a resident of Syracuse since 1941. Ann was a member of Temple Society of Concord. She was a former member of Lafayette County Club, The Cavalry Club, The Corinthian Club, and The Liederkranz Club. Her husband Benjamin M. Berinstein died in 1965. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Henry and Ronney of New York City, and William and Phyllis of Jamesville; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Ramon Harris of Dayton, Ohio; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Temple Society of Concord. Calling hours will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, at the Temple, 910 Madison Street. Burial will be in the Temple Society of Concord section of Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Benjamin M. Berinstein Memorial Chapel at Temple Society of Concord.
