Mrs. Alverta Null Laughman, 69, wife of George Laughman, Berwick Township, Hanover, died at 10:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hanover Hospital, where she had been admitted about an hour and a half earlier. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethern.
Surviving besides her husband are nine children; Mrs. Herman Miller, Hanover; Mrs. Paul Leese, Brodbecks; Mrs. Clair Stair, Walter Laughman snd Roy Laughman, Hanover; Mrs. Charles Lehigh, Mrs. Irene Wolf, Hanover; Lloyd Laughman, Abbottstown and Mrs. Curtis Yawn, Macon Ga., two stepchildren; Mrs. Harry Stambaugh, Thomasville and Raymond McConly, Abbottstown; 33 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Mummert's Meeting House, Howard Danner and Samuel Lehigh, Brethren ministers will officiate. Interment will be in Mummert's Meeting House Cemetery.
