MRS. ATWELL IS TAKEN BY DEATH
Final Rites to Be Conducted Tuesday Afternoon at Three Springs, Ky.

Mrs. Catherine Atwell, age 64, died at the Bartholomew county hospital at 8:26 o'clock Sunday morning following a brief illness.

Final services will be conduced at 1 o'clock Tuesday at the Three Springs Baptist church of Three Springs, Ky. Burial will be made in Hawak cemetery. The casket will be open at the Hathaway funeral home tonight and will remain open until the body is taken to its final resting place Tuesday morning.

Mrs. Atwell is survived by nine children, including Lucian Atwell and Mrs. Dan Martin of Horse Cave, Ky.; Mrs. Clyde Chaney, Mrs. Bradley Martin and Mrs. Arlene Boston, all of Columbus; Earl Atwell and Stanley Atwell, both of Louisville; Mrs. Prentice Sturgeon of Fall River, Kans., and J. P. Atwell of Hardyville, Ky.; four brothers, Henry Nunn of Horse Cave, Ky., R. N. Nunn of Park, Ky., Curtis Nunn of Cave City, Ky., and Terry Nunn of Auburn, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. J. N. Atwell of Park, Ky.; 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
