Mrs. Lucy Spiceland Clark, 69, East Cadiz, died this morning at 4:30 in the Trigg County Hospital after an illness of one year. She was admitted to the hospital late Friday.
Mrs. Clark was born in Trigg County, Dec. 21, 1900, to Robert Lindsay and Zilpah Spiceland Nunn. On Aug 4, 1924, she was married to Joe B. Clark, who survives.
Othere survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frank Hughes and a son, Jack A. Clark, both of Evansville, Ind.; a brother, Jack Nunn, Cadiz; a sister, Mrs. Guy Fooshee, Trigg County; and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Clark was a member of the Rocky Ridge Baptist Church and had taught school in Trigg County many years ago.
Services will be Monday at 2pm in the Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Thurman Luther officiating. Burial will be in East End Cemetery.
