Kentucky New Era obit posted 03 Nov 1993 reads as follows:

Margaret Louise Nunn Cook, 77, of 4390 Gracey-Herndon Road, died at 8:31am Tuesday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center following an illness.

Services will be at 2pm Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Elton Wilson officiating and burial in Trigg Memory Acres, Trigg County.

Visitation will begin at 4 this afternoon at the funeral home.

A native of Stewart County, Tenn., Cook was born March 26, 1916, daughter of the late Chester Boyd and Zanie Outland Nunn. She was a homemaker and farmer and member of Julien Baptist Church, Christian County.

In addition, Cook was a volunteer for the Salvation Army and Pennyrile Allied Community Services. Her husband, Carter Wilson Cook, died in 1982.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty Swearingen, Hopkinsville; three brothers, Howard Eugene Nunn and Billy G. Nunn, both of Evansville, Ind., and James Nunn, Gracey; four sisters, Myrtlene Cherry, Buchanan, Tenn., Ethelene McGarity, Memphis, Tenn., Charlene Zywczak, North Liberty, Ind., and Gerogia Outland, Hopkinsville; and a granddaughter.
