Ellen M. Curran, a longtime resident of Tuckahoe, died suddenly July 13, 2005 in Bronxville. She was born to the late Patrick and Catherine Mernan O'Sullivan in Bronxville. She was a legal secretary in Eastchester. Ellen is survived by her husband of 49 years, Richard Curran, Sr. Dear mother to Richard Curran, Jr. and his wife Cynthia. Loving grandmother to Kris and Sean Curran. Sister of Catherine Drescher and her husband Arthur. Her brothers John and Patrick O'Sullivan predeceased her. The family will receive friends Friday at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, at 10:30 am, at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, followed by interment at Holy Mount Cemetery, Eastchester. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in memory of Ellen Curran to the , Hudson Valley Branch, 785 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10605.
