Mrs. Colleen F. Choffe, 59, of 92-753 Nohopaa St., Ewa Beach, died Saturday in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii.

Friends may call at Hosoi Garden Mortuary from 6 to 9 p.m. tomorrow (prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.), and after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.

She is survived by a son, Maurice I. Aoki; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony (Naomi) Hidalgo; brothers, Yoshikazu, Harry, Don and Paul Osako; sisters, Mrs. Yaeno Higaki, Mrs. Taneo Najita, and Mrs. Shizuko Uyeda, and five grandchildren.
