She is survived by sons Derek, Bobby and Stanley; daughters Yvette, Dorna, Angela, Debbie, Nakita and Leah; brother Benedict Ompad; sisters Rita Castillo and Pauline Facuri; and six grandchildren.

Services: 7 p.m. Sunday at Borthwick Mortuary, call after 6 p.m.; and 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Aiea, call after 10:30 a.m. Burial: National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers.
