Services for Laura A. Anson, 78, formerly of Altmar and of MacClenny, Fla., who died Saturday at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Altmar Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born in Albion, Mrs. Anson lived most her life in the Altmar-Williamstown area, moving to MacClenny, Fla., in 1965. She graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1926.
Her husband, Lewis A. Anson, died in 1983.
Surviving are two sons, Merle L. of Bartow, Fla., and Carl E. of Kissimmee, Fla.; three daughters, Vera Scott of MacClenny, Fla., Linda Armstrong of Potsdam and Patricia Ellison of Palatka, Fla.; a brother, Glen Olin of Richland; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
