AGE 93 YEARS
June (Palmer) Basile Peacefully passed away on February 12, 2016.
The wife of the late Joseph Basile, they had lived in Lexington for over 60 years.
She was the daughter of the late William and Jennie Palmer.
She is survived by her children,
Joseph of New Caanan Conn. and his wife and her daughter Janice and her husband Edwin of Lexington, as well as her 4 grandchildren.
They will miss her caring ways and have many fond memories of the days at the lake in Wolfeboro, NH, her beautiful garden, her wonderful cooking and her lovely watercolor paintings.
She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren and her sister.
Mrs. Basile worked at the Lexington Minuteman Newspaper for many years and was active in the Lexington Field and Garden Club.
A graveside service will be held at Westview Cemetery, 520 Bedford St. in Lexington.
