Mrs. Lorine Bell, 92, of Sylvania, passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Highlands Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Carson officiating. Burial followed in Union Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Clinton Bell of Henagar, Jimmy Bell and wife Pamela of Homer, Ga., and Danny Bell and wife Terri of Jacksonville, Fla.; two daughters, Rachel Newsome and husband Rayburn of Sylvania and Rhonda Edwards and husband Raymond of Neptune Beach, Fla.; one sister, Ruth Tucker of Centre; 23 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Bell; one son, Charles Thesmer Bell; one daughter, Glenda Couch; two grandchildren, Beau Bell and Dewight Bell; two great grandchildren, Stephen Buser Bell and Joseph Mark Jones.
