Alice was born to the late Geneva Townes Anderson in Chatham, VA. She was educated in the Newark, NJ public school system and was a faithful and dedicated Witness of Jehovah from 1973 until her passing. She had a strong and great love and passion for Jehovah and His Word, the Bible. Alice was dearly loved by family and friends and will always be remembered for her warm and caring spirit, her patience, generosity and kind deeds. She had a heart of gold and touched the lives of many. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Perry, Sr. Left to cherish fond and loving memories of are her children, James Jr. (MO), David (NJ) and Joyce (FL); three aunts, Drucilla Cates (VA); Josephine Cates and Margaret Stewart, (NJ); Dearly beloveds: Spiritual daughter Joyce Parker, adopted daughter Diane Crosby; friends, Louise Wright, Barbara Ross and Linus Nwachukwn; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of other relative and friends.
