Mrs. Edward (Rose) O'Hern,
72, 1115 Rhode Island, Sturgeon Bay, died Monday at Memorial hospital of a heart attack after short illness.

She was born July 21, 1892 at Sturgeon Bay to the late Mr. and Mrs. William Pfister. She was a member of Christ­ian Mothers of St. Joseph and the Apostolate of Suffering. She married Henry Beard May 3, 1916 at Sturgeon Bay and he died July 29, 1953. She married Edward O'Hern at Sturgeon Bay Feb. 27, 1954 and he survives. Survivors include her hus­band one daughter, Mrs. Har­old (Delia) Strege, Racine two sons, Oliver Beard, Mil­waukee, and Wilmer Beard, Racine one brother, Philip Pfister, Sturgeon Bay four grandchildren two half sis­ters, Mrs. Stanford (Mary) Long, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Amelia Fortemps, Chicago two half brothers, Tennis and Joseph Thorsen, Sturgeon Bay. Three brothers preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the Stoneman funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. The ros­ary will be said Wednesday at 8 p. m.
Funeral services will be con­ducted at the Stoneman funer­al home : at 10:30 a.m. Thurs­day and at 11 a.m. at Corpus
Christi church. The Rev. Norbert Vandeloo will officiate. Burial will be in St. Josephcemetery.
