She will be found listed on page 166 of Greene County Missouri Cemeteries by the Ozarks Genealogical Society

" * PHELPS Mrs died 2 Nov 1895 no ae listed"

note the asterisk means that she does not have any monument. Although the card shows her name onf the stone from the photos on here for the others I did not see her name. I will check by going around the stone on my next trip out there. Sept. 20, 2014.

Entire lot is owned by J.S. Phelps, probably John Smith Phelps. It is a triangle shaped lot. The old lot # 213 with the new numbering system as Hazelwood Cemetery the new lot number is 315. The card at the cemetery office states all interred are on one stone. The only burial listed on card for 1895 is a MISS PHELPS, DOI [date of interrment]: 11/3/1895. The cemetery book states: MRS PHELPS, DOD 11/2/1895. Cause: Poison. The Hazelwood office computer record shows her as Lucy Phelps. Also notes that last name on Interment card is spelled Philips. Cemetery records indicated 3 Lucy Phelps interred on the lot, but only 2 that I can find have been listed on the monument and a photo taken.

Where the flowers are at on the lot is the actual spot she is buried at, and a monument would be there if she had one. She is one of three "Lucy Phelps" in the lot. The other two are on the large monument by name. Hers is not there and going by the dates.
