Hannah's marriage bann to John Plumbe (born 21 Nov 1692) was published 18 Jun 1721 (Hempstead), and on 25 June Joshua Hempstead records: "John Plumb was maryed at night to Hannah Harris." The Plumbes had at least 7 children born over the next 20 years, four of whom are known to have lived into adulthood.
Interestingly, Hempstead also records this fact on 6 Mar 1748: "...Cuz John Plumbs wife Hannah...made a Confession of...fault in Separating from ye Church Some years past &...received again to our Communion."
On 5 and 6 Oct 1757 (about a year before his own death), Hempstead writes: "Hannah Plumb wife of my Nephew John Plumb Died 50 odd;" and "Jno Plumbs wife buryed."
