HARLAN, Ky. – In loving memory of Rebecca Pauline Polly Brock who passed away on February 10, 2012 at the age of 36 in Middlesboro, Ky.

Becky was born on August 19, 1975 at the Harlan County Hospital as the daughter of Charles and Kay Dianna Polly.

She is the mother of Kaitlin Mckinsey (16) and Olivia Grace (11), who was the light of her life.

Becky was a graduate of Bell County High school in 1993 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lincoln Memorial University and furthered her education with a Master's degree from Union College. Becky was an educator for 13 years and considered Right Fork Elementary her family. She was known as "Ms. Brock" to her students and she cared for each of them deeply. Some of her greatest achievements were being able to coach the Science Olympiad team where they won numerous awards including one state title. She was a believer in the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Samuel Polly and Nancy Moore Polly, Charles Weddle Jr. and Pauline Snellings Weddle; her uncles Paul William Weddle and John Barbu, and her cousins Caleb Lafevers and Karen Twiggs Nurmi.

She is survived by her daughters Kaitlin Mckinsey Brock and Olivia Grace Brock, their father Ernest Brock Jr, her father and mother, Charles & Kay Dianna Polly, her sister Amy (Polly) Mayes and her husband Duke Mayes and their son Trey Mayes, her sister Shelley (Polly) Bartholomew and her husband Russ Bartholomew and their two children Luke and Mia Bartholomew, a very special friend and fiancée, Michael King, and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 12th at Shiloh Church on 1507 Exeter Ave in Middlesboro.

The funeral services will immediately follow at 5 p.m. with Rev. William Polly, Pastor Freeman Clark and Pastor David King presiding.

Special singing will be provided by Mickey Wilder and Peggy Gibson.

A graveside service will be held on February 13, 2012 at Green Hills Memorial Gardens at 11 a.m.

Pallbearers are Matthew Polly, Jonathan Polly, Jerry Polly, Jimmy Polly, John Thomas Millett, Joseph Lefevers, Daniel Middelton, Russ Bartholomew and Duke Mayes.
