Beverly Allen Polly, 51, passed away into the arms of angels at her home peacefully with her family by her side, Wednesday, April 30, 2014, after a couragous nine-year battle with cancer. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Alexander's Midway Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown. Interment: Immediately following the funeral in Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. She was an avid musician who played the upright and electric bass in numerous bands, but bluegrass held a special place in her heart. Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Dallas Allen. Survivors: Daughter, Alisha Polly; mother, Bille Massey Allen; and brother, Brad Allen.
