Judith Ann Postacchini of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 84. Judie was born on January 24, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Oliver Stork and Mae Grimes Stork. Since August 2004, Judie has called Arizona home.
Judie was creative; always decorating, cooking or fixing whatever needed to be fixed. She provided her children with special surprises, hand-sown costumes, picnics, outings to museums, nights at the drive-in, and always ice cream before bedtime. In her professional career, she was motivated, efficient, smart and loyal.
Judie was preceded in death by her husband Frank Postacchini.
The family would like to thank Kristin and her husband Nick Wafford and their family who cared for Judie both at Judie's home and in their home for 3-1/2 years and for Kori, Rudy, Winnie, Mikee, Eddie, Bong, and Shem and Ryan who cared for her at Amber Hills Assisted Living for 2-1/2 years.
Judie will be remembered for her love of her family, music, her pets and her wonderful cooking throughout the years.
Services will be held at DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home in Mayfield Heights, Ohio on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. At approximately 11:15 a.m., we invite friends and family to share memories of Judie followed by a short message from her pastor. Lunch will be provided after the cemetery.
