Sara Prince Cleveland, 85, of 1887 Harpers Ferry Road, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001.
A native of Elbert County, Mrs. Cleveland was a daughter of the late Henry Grady and Estelle Shiflet Prince, was the widow of Woodfin Embry Cleveland and was preceded in death by a son, Embry Dennis Cleveland. She was a retired supervisor of Elberton Manufacturing Company with 44 years of service and was a member of Ruckersville United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Pitman officiating.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara C. Gailey, Elberton; three sisters, Ruth P. Mauldin, Elberton, Ada P. Graham, Decatur, and Louise P. Thomas, Atlanta; three brothers, Larry Prince and Fred Prince, both of Elberton, and Horace Ray Prince, Lithia Springs; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Marvin Blackwell, Jeff Rousey, Bobby Rousey, Travis Rousey, Roger Grimes and Leon Brown.
The family is at the home of Barbara and Wayne Gailey, 334 Heard Street, Elberton.
