Mrs. Jeannettie "Nettie" Chenoweth, age 77; died Sept 21, 1933 in Springfield, Ohio. She was the the daughter of Aquilla Prugh and Rebecca Dickinson. She was married to William B Chenoweth on Jan. 27, 1881. He preceded her in death in 1930.

Short Illness Ended in Death
Mrs. Nettie Chenoweth died at 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept 21, 1933, at her home on Maplewood av. She was the mother of Leon H. Chenoweth, superintendent of the South Charleston schools. She had been ill several days. She was born in Madison County but had made Springfield her home for the last 50 years. Beside the son mentioned, she leaves the following other children: Mrs. Esther (William) Stiarwalt of this city, Mrs. Jessie (William) Westall of Breckenridge, Mich., and Homer Chenoweth of Indianapolis. She was a member of the Lisbon Baptist Church where the funeral services will be held Sunday at 3. Burial will be made in a South Charleston cemetery.
