Maria Quiroga Diaz passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2017, at the age of 86. She lived in Mendota for over 60 years and was the owner and operator of the Mendota Tortilla Factory. Maria is survived by her children; Rosie Valdovinos and Mario Quiroga of Mendota, Lidia Bohannon, Laura Bautista, Gilbert Quiroga and Imelda Medina all of Fresno and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation and Mass will be held at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Mass will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m with the interment to follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
