Ada Elizabeth Ram 1943 - 2009 Ada Ram was born April 6, 1943 in Okemah, Oklahoma and passed away on December 15, 2009 in Bakersfield, CA. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Paul Ram; 3 sons, Richard Ram and his wife Elia of San Diego, CA; Sunil Ram and Rajan Ram of Bakersfield, CA; 1 granddaughter, Marissa Ram; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Joanne Edmoundson of Huntington, AR; Dean and June Edmoundson of Honomu, HI; sister and brother-in-law, June and Clyde Robinson of Aurora, CO; and numerous family members and friends. Ada began her career as a teacher in 1969, and touched the lives of many students in Bakersfield area elementary schools, special education programs and adult education. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all that knew her. The visitation for Ada Elizabeth Ram will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mish Funeral Home (120 Minner Ave.) and funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Well Worship Center (3535 Union Ave.).
