Frances T. Beck, 85, of Aliquippa, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 in West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, Moon Twp.

Born November 15, 1928, in Aliquippa, she was a daughter of the late Angelantonio and Marie (Mele) Ricci. Mrs. Beck worked at the Laughlin School cafeteria and St. Titus Catholic Church cafeteria where she had over 40 years of service. She was an active and lifelong member of St. Titus Catholic Church, Aliquippa, St. Titus Confraternity of Christian Mothers, Past Den Mother of Troop #490, Aliquippa and Past President of both Aliquippa Band Parents and Quigley Band Parents. She volunteered her time and services at Titan Hall in St. Titus Church, working in many capacities for various church functions. She was a talented baker who generously shared the fruits of her labor.

She will be sadly missed by all who loved her, including her husband, Frank J. Beck, whom she married November 29, 1952; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Frank A. Beck, Timothy and Darlene Beck, Vincent and Marisa Beck, and John Beck; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Deborah Trumpeter, Toni and Larry Lucas and LeeAnn and Stephen Prodonovich; 15 grandchildren, Patricia, Chrislyn, Shirley, Tricia. Lori, Adrienne Gina, Tim, Hannah, Jennifer. Kyle, Kayla, Kali, Andie and Gregory; eight great-grandchildren, Joshua, Noah, Colby, Carissa, Luke, Lyla, Sydney and Lily; her daughter-in-law, Wendy Burkert; a brother and sister-in-law, Nick and Gwynn Ricci; a special nephew and niece, Jack and Veronica Mendenhall; a sister-in-law, Mary Ricci and her lifelong best friend, Alberta Pajak.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, William Trumpeter; a brother, Vincent 'Jimmy' Ricci and an infant brother.

Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, www.tatalovichfuneralhome.com, where a service will be held Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Titus Catholic Church, Aliquippa, with Father Paul Householder, officiating.

Entombment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Hopewell Twp.

St. Titus Confraternity of Christian Mothers will recite a rosary Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. in the funeral home.
