He developed a cancerous tumor attached to a kidney and died shortly after surgery.
We had Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Insurance and Prudential Life Insurance for him but nether would pay. They both had a clause where they would pay nothing for the first six months and Dennis died at 5 1/2 months. They also would not refund our premiums paid. Total costs were over $10,000.00 and at the time I had just returned from the Korean War and was making $35.00 a week. We paid everyone but it took many many years.
Every year we have flowers for his birthday. How wonderful it would have been for him to grow and now have grandchildren.
