Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, Silvis.

Mr. Rideout was born Dec. 23, 1929, in St. Charles, Mo. He married Elizabeth Viscioni Nov. 3, 1957, in Silvis.
He was employed by the City of Moline as a maintenance supervisor for 10 years, retiring in 1990.
He was a member of the Valley Buckskinners, Rock Island.
Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Lisa Wilson, Carbon Cliff; a son, Steven Ridout, Hampton; eight grandchildren; his Mother, Bertha Smith, Weslaco, Texas; and a brother, James Rideout, Ketchikan, Alaska.
