Patricia Robbins Ashby passed away peacefully in her home at Villa Marin, San Rafael on Tuesday, July 12. Born on July 1, 1915 to Charlotte and William Robbins, she grew up in the Suisun Valley with her siblings Bill Jr. and Peggie. In 1936 she married Jack Lane Ashby with whom she had five children.
She was predeceased by her son, Robert, and her husband of 54 years, Jack, who died in 1990. She is survived by her four children, Peter Ashby (Novato), Richard Ashby (Santa Ana), Charlotte Flanagan (Carmel), and Sarah Ashby (San Francisco), nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A private ceremony was held July 19 at the Rockville Cemetery in the Suisun Valley.
