Byron Eugene "Gene" Robinson age 57 died Friday evening at Barnes St. Peters Hospital.
Gene was born October 5th, 1950 to Jessie and Winnie Robinson in St. Louis. He was married to Mary Ann Robinson on January 8, 1972 in Overland, MO. After receiving a Bachelors Degree and serving his country in the Army National Guard, Gene became a teacher spending the last eight years in the Wentzville School Dist. He was involved in his church and in children's ministry, and served as a Sunday school teacher. Also, he was the chaplain for the Gateway Grizzlies.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, his son and daughter in law, Brian and Laura Robinson; his mother,Winnie Stark; his sister, Lisa Robinson and a grandson, Landon.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Robinson.
