Wilma Roddy Baskett,79,Fourth St.,Tompkinsville,died at the Monroe County Medical Center. She was a former teacher and a member of the Methodist Church.
Born in Monroe county,she was the daughter of the late Edward C"Ed" and Cora (Chism)Roddy and the wife of the late Herman Baskett.
She is survived by two daughters,Carolyn Crowe,Tompkinsville, and Colleen Lee, Glasgow,and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted in the John Edd Yokley Chapel of Yokley-Trible Funeral Home on Friday afternoon,June 26,by Bro. Michael McArthur and Bro. Bill Small.serving as pallbearers were: Anthony Poland,Clancy Coffelt, J. O. Emberton,and Randall,Wallace, and James Martin Baskett.
