Lillian Genevieve "Kit" Barnett, 95, of Grants Pass died Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. Chapel of the Valley-L.B. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
One of six children, she was born Oct. 31, 1912, in Aberdeen, Wash., to Francis and Grace Roddy.
She married Vince Barnett, who died in 1978. In 1979, she moved to Grants Pass from Los Angeles. She was primarily a homemaker, but also worked as a movie extra and, along with her husband, operated Vince Barnett's Restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif.
Survivors include a sister, Alice Jones of Turner.
