Alberta Farris, 90, of Albion, died 12:40 p.m., Sunday, May 26, 1991 at Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
Graveside services were held this morning, Tuesday, May 28, 10 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery in Albion, with Rev. Harold Merriwether officiating. Ingram Funeral Home in Albion was in charge of funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Farris was born in Edwards County Aug. 22, 1900, the daughter of Clyde and Amy (West) Roosevelt. She married Lawrence Farris Oct. 5, 1954 in Albion. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Farris was a homemaker and a member of Olive Congregational Christian Church.
Mrs. Farris is survived by four nieces and four nephews.
Mrs. Farris was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and one sister.
