Cleater Ables, age 99, of Lexington passed away Thursday July 9,2015 in Lexington. She is survived by three daughters; Dovie Small , Zina Sonnenfeld , and Charlotte Diane Crowe of Lexington, 5 sons; Lester Ables, Jimmy Harold Ables, and David Ables of Lexington, Harley Ables of Arkansas, and Terry Ables of Alabama, 2 sisters; Lurley Mink of Alabama and Velma Sprague of Florida, 29 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 2 daughters; Ethel Lee Gates and Lillie Swindell and a son Tony Ables. Funeral services will be Sunday July 12 at 3PM at Reeds Chapel with burial to follow in the Sand Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 11AM-9PM and Sunday 10AM til service.
