Grace Arnholt Stricken
Mrs. Grace Arnholt, 79, widow of Henry H. Arnholt, died at 7:30 o'clock Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martin Voelz, Route 5.
Mrs. Arnholt, who made her home with the daughter the past 12 years, had been in ill health two years and bedfast a year.
Surviving with the daughter are a sister, Mrs. Nora Campbell of Flat Rock and a grandson, Donald Voelz. A son, Harold E. Arnholt, died in 1948 and three brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Arnholt was born at Jonesville March 24, 1880 to the late John Henry and Elizabeth Prather Sanders and was married in 1900 to Mr. Arnholt who died in 1950.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at Barkes and Inlow funeral home conducted by the Rev. V. Paul Heine. Burial will be made at Garland Brook cemetery. Casket will be open at the funeral home after noon Friday.
