*Mrs. N.B. Briggs, who died at Burr Oak on Saturday, was brought here on Monday and buried that afternoon, Rev. D. Stanley Shaw conducting the service. The deceased was 81 years of age and had been a resident of this city for 25 years when she and her family occupied the Vivian house on Macomb Street.
