PORT HENRY, N.Y. - Elizabeth (Batterton) Shea, widow of the late John E. Shea, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 2nd 1972 at her home at 29 Brook Street in Port Henry, N.Y.

An active Homemaker to the time of her death, she would have been 81 in June.

She was a native of Ottawa, Canada.

Prior to her marriage, she was a Student Nurse at the Champlain Valley Hospital in Plattsburgh, N.Y. and resided in Plattsburgh, N.Y. until 1923 when she moved to Port Henry, N.Y.

Survivors are one son, four daughters, eight grandchildren, and one sister.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 4th 1972 at St. Patrick's Church in Port Henry.

Burial will be at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Moriah, N.Y.
