Margaret was a waitress in a hotel in Lake Placid, NY where Arthur Amo was a boarder. She married Arthur on November 16, 1910 in Brushton, NY. She and Arthur had one child before she became ill with tuberculosis. She was cared for by her sister Mary Savage in Moira, NY. Arthur worked for the railroad at various depots around New York State. Margaret Shea Amo is buried with her husband's parents.
