Mrs. Winifred Sheldon Adams, 78, of 312 S. 5th st., Geneva, the widow of Col. Cyrus Adams, once managing officer for the Illinois State Training School for Boys, near St. Charles, died yesterday in a Wheaton sanitarium. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Frances Stimson of Detroit and Mrs. Catherine Carpenter of Geneva. Services will be held at 4 p. m. Wednesday in St. Mark's Episcopal church, Geneva.
