Mrs. Alexander a long time resident of Bridgeport was born November 13, 1869 in Lewisburg, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by Mr. J.R. Alexander Sr. in 1956 and by J.R. Alexander Jr. in 1964.
She is survived by two daughters and four sons, Mrs. Jewell A. Green of Bridgeport; Miss Vera Alexander, Greeley, Colorado; E.R. College Station, Texas; H.B. and O.L. of Fort Worth; Nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and one sister, Mrs. Alex Richardson of Bridgeport.
