Devon [U.K., 1831] on 3 May 1908. He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Bamfylde, of Poltimore, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 3 May 1908.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.). He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.
