Margaret Shore Abraham, 99, of Newnan, passed away March 19, 2016.
Margaret worked for Burroughs, the FBI in California and American Express for many years, but her primary position in life was homemaker for Roy and their four children. She attended the Church of Christ in East Point, Newnan, and Peachtree City. Margaret grew up in Rives, TN, but came to Georgia in the early 1950's.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Roy, in 2014.
Margaret is survived by her sons Bruce (Rhonda) Abraham, Cumming, and Kim (Janice) Abraham, Alexandria, VA; and daughters Karen (Greg) Harris, Phoenix, AZ, and Jeanne (Don) Bradford, Sharpsburg; and grandchildren Kathryn, Robert, Caroline, Rebecca, and Lena Abraham and Beth Newsome and Scott Bradford.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City, with Minister George Cunningham and Minister Charles Thompson officiating. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park. The family will receive friends and family at 11:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
