DURANGO, COLORADO - Arthur W. Sibelius, 77 of Unit 401, 2928 Holly Ave,. Durango, Colorado, died April , 1983 at his home.
He was born May 2, 1906 in Lapptrask, Finland. In White Plains, N.Y., on May 2, 1935, he was married to Lena Jane Hendrickson. They lived in Colorado for two weeks. He was a manager of an estate in Darien, Connecticut, retiring in March of this year. He was educated in Finland and was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church and the Horticulture Society of Connecticut.
He is survived by his wife, three sons, Roger Sibelius of Connecticut, Robbie of Denver, Colorado and Eric of Durango, Colorado.; one sister-in-law, Ellen C. Hawkins of Northwestern, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services and burial were in Durango, Colorado.
