Survivors: A sister, Evelyn Hughes, of Travelers Rest; and a brother, Eugene F. Smith, of Greenville. Predeceased: Husband, James Raymond Forrest; and parents, Jake and Jessie Daniel Smith.

Visitation: 3 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Service: 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial: Graceland Cemetery.

The family: 300 Williams Road.
