HARLEM -- Brenda Suzzette Smith Deaton, 37, died Oct. 2 at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta from injuries in a motor vehicle accident. She was born in Emanuel County and was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Augusta. She was employed as a manager with CVS Pharmacy in Augusta, where she worked since 1981.
