She was born October 16, 1939 in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Carl Smith and Ethel Mae Madsen. She married Roy Gene Schultz on July 1, 1957 in Elko, Nevada.
She enjoyed collecting dolls and antiques. Her greatest joy was her family.
She is survived by her husband, Roy; children: Jeannine Jolley, Michael E. (Darlene) Schultz, Denise (Wayne) Ames, Vickie (Jay) Cowley and Mark Schultz; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Louis; brother, Brent Potter; and sister, Maureen Bowen.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 So. 2200 W. in Riverton where friends may call an hour prior. Interment at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
