Lona Mae Springer, 81, died yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital.

The Denver, Ind., native was the widow of Harvey, who died in 1980.

Surviving are a daughter, Cleo V. Hawkins of Fort Wayne; a son, Donald E. Williams of LaCanada, Calif.; sisters, Helen Leach and Ruth Hagerfeld, both of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great- grandchild.

Services are 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in North Highlands Church of Christ, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru. Calling is 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the church. Arrangements are by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel.
