Atz, 90, of Kenney Retirement Center, Ligonier, formerly of Kendallville, who died at 10:55 a.m. Friday in McCray Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Berhalter-Hutchins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Kendallville, of which she was a member.
Mrs. Atz was born Sept. 15, 1899, in North Bend, Neb., living here for 60 years. On Sept. 20, 1919, in Council Bluff, Iowa, she married Carl J. Atz, who died in 1977. Surviving are a son, Richard of Ligonier; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four sisters, and a brother. A son, Robert, preceded her in death.
