KIM M. CHRISTOFENO, 50, of Goshen, passed away Monday, April 19, 2010, 12 p.m., at her residence. Born May 13, 1959, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Springer and Nancy (Lybarger) Springer. She married Michael A. Christofeno on Dec. 29, 1990; he survives. She worked in retail sales at Tractor Supply Co., where she was head of the clothing department. She was a member of Retired Teachers of Elkhart County; 1977 graduate of Heritage High School, Hoagland; 1981 graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor's of Arts; and received her Master's in Teaching from Indiana State University in 1986. Also surviving are two sons, Jon and Nick Christofeno, both at home; one brother, Tim (Tina) Springer of Noblesville. She was also preceded in death by a stillborn brother, Kenneth. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2010, at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church. Pastor Wes Bontreger officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, April 22, 2010 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main Street, Goshen. Burial in Yellow Creek Cemetery.
