Barbara A. Biddle, 72, Linnsburg, died 3:15 pm Tuesday in Williamsburg Healthcare, Crawfordsville.
Mrs. Biddle was a homemaker and worked at Indiana Bell and Country Outlet, Mace. She was a member of Mace United Methodist Church and a 1947 Crawfordsville High School graduate.
She was born Aug. 27, 1929, at Crawfordsville, to Leroy F. and Ruby May Hallett Steinhauser. She married James C. Biddle on Sept. 1, 1950, at Waynetown. He died April 11, 1973.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan J. Miller, Crawfordsville; two sons, Samuel J., Waynetown, and Skyler J., Crawfordsville; a brother, Fredrick L. Steinhauser, Anchorage,Alaska; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled 10 am Friday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, with the Rev. Hugh Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 pm Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the Mace United Methodist Church Memorial Fund or Walnut Township Volunteer Fire Department.
